Mass Earthwork
With a fleet of equipment from scrapers to rock trucks, EMC can move some earth. Our expertise in northern Arizona's rocky soil provides our clients with the assurance that their project will be completed on time, with no excuses. Many contractors who are unfamiliar in dealing with rock usually don't give it the respect it deserves, which often leads to delays and extra costs. EMC understands our subsurface conditions better than most, allowing us to provide clients with realistic and manageable schedules and budgets.
The most critical component to moving dirt efficiently is to have a clear picture of where the dirt is and where is it needs to go. EMC utilizes AGTEK Earthwork which allows us to generate 3D renderings of the proposed work site, and provides accurate quantity cut / fill reports, which in turn are used for budgeting and scheduling the work. In addition, it is invaluable for determining if a site balances, or needs a little value engineering to achieve that goal.

Underground Utilities
EMC provides all facets of underground utility install, including water, sewer, drainage, electrical and telcom. Our pipe crews are versed with all types of pipe including PVC, DIP, CMP, RCP, copper, & HDPE. EMC believes that given the majority of underground utility installations are either owned or operated by the local municipalities, that knowing their respective codes and requirements is critical is completing the work correctly, the first time. A detailed and informed approach to performing the work at hand allows for the greatest efficiency in delivering the product.
